Hey,
long time no submit. This was a picture that I did for my brother for his christmas present last year for 2007. I recall him mentioning this sort of theme so i did my best to imagine it. I tried a very different style then my usual one on this one. The most significant being the lack of lineart for the hair. I realize the background is kind of empty, but i didn't want to over clutter things in the last minute since nothing was drawn in during the original sketching stage. I also thought that the open space might create some more contrast i'm not sure. Anyways, i'll be updating my journal in a week or 2 i think. I'm working on an entry for the pepper project, expect it to blow my old stuff out of the water, its a huge improvement. ---------------- Lineart - Photoshop CS3 Coloring - Photoshop CS3 Wacom Intuos3 9x12 <3 9 or so hours |
