Merry Early Christmas everybody!
This is a piece I did for the holiday fanart contest over at AF. But it also serves as the official December Christmas piece too I guess. All you anime fanatics, check out
[link], it’s great, especially when you find yourself in an anime drought, which happens unfortunately.
I pretty pleased overall with the product here. The costume really is what I like the most about it. You’ll see here a new type of eyes being used. I had a lot of tony taka influence during the summer and it kind of rubbed off on me. Those of you who notice the lack of the sclera, I kind of ended up deciding not to add sclera anymore just because I forgot so many times before some consider my style whereas others go crazy over it. I suppose it’ll stay this way though for better or for worse.
This one only took about 8 hours because it was a relatively simple coloring job. I was hoping my ideas with the flowers would turn out a bit better but I couldn’t grasp the concept.
